Each staff member is certified in Safe Sanctuary and CPR/First Aid.
Background screenings/checks are performed on all staff and volunteers interacting with children.
Staff are encouraged to take continuing education courses and given opportunities for trainings throughout the year. Staff are selected by the Director and the Board.
