Family Involvement Group

• The CDC Board Family Representative operates the Family Involvement Group (FIG).
• Each month the Family Representative delivers a report to the CDC Board. FIG gives a voice to families and allows them to be heard in decision-making and forming policies.
• The FIG group meets once a month to discuss upcoming events, fundraisers, feedback, etc. Meeting schedule is determined by the representative.
• FIG leaders can be contacted by emailing [email protected] or by joining the Facebook group called “Family Involvement – LUMC CDC”. Only family members of currently enrolled children are permitted in the Facebook group.
• The 2024-2025 CDC Board Family Representative seat is currently held by Amber Browne and Katelyn Varnadore.
