Welcome to Leaksville UMC Child Development Center located in Eden, NC! Our preschool was established in 1973 and has stood the test of time to remain a positive influence in the lives of children and their families. We are proud to have served this community for 50 years and look forward to many more!
It is our mission to provide a Christian environment for your child to grow spiritually, mentally, socially and academically while having lots of fun in the process. Our desire is to welcome children in a manner that encourages them to develop a positive self-image, knowing that they are unconditionally loved and accepted.
Our classrooms and playground are designed to provide a safe environment. Our teachers and staff are selected and supported in providing a welcoming experience for children and families. We maintain a wonderful staff with an earnest desire to see each learn, grow, and develop. Your child is loved and cared for as an individual and as part of a group.
We understand that parents are a child's first and most important teacher. We promise to support you in the challenging yet rewarding experience of raising tiny humans.

Monday- Friday: 9 am to 12 pm September-May Office Hours Monday-Friday 8:30am-1:00pm Summer Hours June & August: Monday-Thursday 8:30am-1:00pm July: CLOSED for Maintenance Melanie Witt
